Full-service development of advancement planning in accord with organization's strategic plan. Includes:
inventory and audit of current advancement activities

Includes training of staff and volunteers for brand awareness and fund development.
End product will be a written plan broken down into individual departmental pieces, to include suggestions on staffing and further training.

inventory and audit of current advancement and fundraising activities
writing of case statements and other standardized languaging for organization
determining appropriate fundraising methodologies
developing individual plans for annual fundraising, event fundraising, online fundraising, third-party fundraising, planned giving, major gifts, and grant writing as appropriate
creation of timelines and calendared items.
Includes training of staff and volunteers for brand awareness and fund development.
End product will include a fully written fund development plan.
MARKETING PLANNING

Inventory and assessment of current plan and tasks
Market analysis, to include constituent forums and general public survey
Strategic development of marketing plan in alignment with organization's strategic operating plan, to include timeline and calendar for marketing campaigns, potential staffing/subcontractor needs, strategic use of marketing tools including media buying, social media, print collateral, staff and volunteer training on brand awareness, networking opportunities.
COMMUNICATION PLANNING

Pre-meeting preparation, including surveys and interviews of key stakeholders, leadership, and volunteers

Prepare any collateral material and supplies needed
Facilitate two to three two-hour long sessions (to include ice-breaker activities as needed and tracking all responses and thought processes for later review)

From high-level white papers on systemic issues your nonprofit tackles, to newsletters - a good writer focuses on her audience and adapts writing styles to fit. Advancement Momentum writes grants and press releases for a separate fee (see above), but all other writing is hourly fee based. Other writing includes proposal writing, sponsorship request letters, Letters of Interest, critical executive communications, newsletters, direct mail/marketing pieces, and content for brochures and collateral material.
TRAINING
Staff & Volunteers Will Advance Your Nonprofit
Training for both staff and volunteers for Community Relations and Fund Development is critical for the success of the nonprofit. Includes:
Training to ensure both staff and volunteers understand and can talk fluently about organization's value promise and its brand
